Les routes de la soie : entre vestiges et imaginaires
An exploration of the Silk Roads, before the rise of Western globalised trade, and their development from the 2nd century BC in the Han Chinese Empire to the Mongol Yuan Empire in the 13th century. Discover the material, artistic and historical remains that bear witness to the diversity of commercial, cultural and spiritual exchanges between these peoples and these territories.
The exhibition is part of an exceptional partnership with theMusée national des arts asiatiques Guimet.
